You will need:
- Soft butter (margarine will do, but real butter is better)
- Powdered ginger
- Nutmeg
- Sugar
- A bowl you often use when cooking
- Wooden spoon
- Paper
- Red pen, pencil, or marker
... I am so sorry to do this to you, but this post has been moved to my new website, Book of Shadows, and can be found in its entirety here: Getting Unstuck

Hello there,
Just 2 questions:-
-When is the best time to do this spell?
-What do I do with the ashes?
A spell like this can be done at any time - for optimum times - I'd say.. during a waning moon because waning moon times are good for spells where you want something to diminish - at dawn because that's when the energy of the earth begins to get moving - and on a Sunday because it's a day dedicated to the Sun - our great energizer.
And, depending on what it is you are getting unstuck from... the times could be different. For example if it's a relationship - the day of the week and the time of the day that you met that person might be most appropriate...
It's best if the logic of the "best" time resonates with you and your desired result in a personal way.
As for the ashes - scatter them to the four winds... maybe at a crossroads, or toss them off a bridge into running water (water running AWAY from your home), or even a cemetery.
Hope this helps?
Yes, very much so, Two Feathers:)
