I am currently in the process of migrating the content shared here to a series of new websites hosted at shirleytwofeathers.com.

As you explore this site, you may find links to a "page not found" instead of something cool and magickal. For this I apologize. I am very working hard behind the scenes to restore those pages along with a link to their homes on my new website where they can be viewed in full.

On Healing Your Pets

The Romanies strongly believe in the power of hands on healing for dogs, horses, and smaller pets such as cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice and birds.

The remedies found here at Gypsy Magic are not an alternative to visiting a vet. But they may be used in conjunction with veterinary treatment, before or after surgery, or simply if your pet appears to be "under the weather."

I am a crystal healer and psychic in Southern California and recently posted a blog entry about healing with lodestone and was questioned about using lodestone to heal pets. I was curious to know if you have worked with lodestone before on pets? If so, I could perhaps mention your blog on mine!

Hi Kathy. I have not used lodestone in healing work with pets. I wonder if it could be used in much the same way as with people? If I come up with anything, I'll let you know. Sorry I couldn't be of more help!

In re: to Anonymous and your bulldog with the cherry eye: I am not only a reiki master I am also a certified veterinary technician. Cherry eyes are very uncomfortable for sure. You can get the surgery done, but to be honest, it doesn't always "take"...the cherry eye can pop back....I have seen some dogs where the 1st surgery works, and others have had to have it done at least 3 times.,...I personally still think its worth a try though. Meanwhile, still keep up with the drops, they do help with the irritation.....good luck :)

Hi. My name is Jenna Nichols and I am 20 years old and have an interest in Gypsie Magick. It was drawn to me by a good friend of mine. Her mother had recently died and she was getting rid of some of her things. The things she had used for her Gypsie magick I had been attracted to and I was wondering if someone could help me start. I don't know of anyone at all that knows about this magick.
