A Sweet Bath for Insomnia

  • One cup of milk
  • One quarter cup of honey
  • One teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Four drops essential oil of lavender
  • Four drops essential oil of chamomile
Warm the milk gently over a low heat and stir in the honey. When they are blended, remove from the heat and add the vanilla extract and essential oils....
