    The first one is well known and much used in Northern Scandinavia where it is called to "eat dream herring"! :)

    Nothing stupid about it. It's a true and tried way of enhancing dreams.
    Magic isn't sacred to everybody or in every culture besides. In Scandinavia we actually tend to laugh at such a notion.
