Allegedly if you call Lord Thoth by name, he will respond. Thoth is the inventor of magic and the master of the moon. He may also be Hermes Trismergistus.

1. Offer him lunar-shaped candles and charms.
2. Decorate an altar with images of his animal manifestations: baboons and ibises.
3. Calamus/sweet flag and papyrus are his sacred plants.
