Pagan Russian Bride's Spell

Here's an ancient pagan Russian custom to ensure passion and fiedelity in the marriage:


The bride is given a ritual bath before marriage in that place of power, the bathhouse. Her sweat was wiped from her body using a raw fish, which would then be cooked and fed to the groom.
